You will be able to cancel a booking in the app. Charges may be applicable depending on the moment of cancellation. If this option is not available you can get in contact with the Customer Service that will do the cancellation for you and inform you about the potential consequences. Amaze is there to assist you in order for you to be happy with our service. In some instances, cancelling a booking will not result in a cancellation of the charges. The Dutch Railway (NS) for example will not refund a booked train ticket – even if cancelled well ahead of the date of the planned and booked trip. Amaze will do its utmost to avoid these situations.
