You can always find your tickets under Bookings tab after you've purchased them. You can see your future tickets by selecting Upcoming and you see an overview of your transactions history by selecting Transactions.
How do you use a mobile ticket on your phone?
As there are many different transport operators in the app, there are different ways to travel with a mobile ticket and it might be different per operator. When your ticket has a barcode, most of the time you will need to scan under a barcode reader in the bus or tram. When you take the train, all you do is scan the barcode at the gates. When there are no gates at the station you do not need to check in or check out. Simply showing your mobile ticket on your phone to the conductor when they check will be enough. A ticket without barcode, but with a moving image you cannot be scanned. Please show this ticket to the driver of the bus or tram when entering.
How do you cancel a booking?
A public transportation ticket cannot be canceled. Did you, however, miss your bus? There is no problem. Depending on the carrier, you can use the ticket for a longer period of time. The end time can be found on the ticket on your screen. You can cancel an Amber booking in the app. There will be no charges.
